Making Efforts in Speciality

                                       长沙师范学院曾婷副教授到外国语学院进行专业指导

Professional Guidance was Provided by Associate Professor ZENG Ting

 from Changsha Normal University

2021年3月8日下午，长沙师范学院对口支援专家曾婷副教授和外国语学院教师在实训楼314举行了“外国语学院专业建设座谈会”。

On March 8, 2021, Seminar on Speciality Construction of School of Foreign Languages was held in Shixun Building, with the participation of Associate Professor ZENG Ting, one of the experts offering pairing assistance from Changsha Normal University, and faculty of School of Foreign Languages.

座谈会上，曾婷结合自己在教学改革和获奖中的经验，对我院的英力克英语习得模式给予了赞扬，同时也对学院的课程建设与教学提出了几点建议：

With the combination of the experience in teaching reform and award winning, ZENG Ting praised the EANLIC English Acquisition Model and gave the following advice in curriculum construction and teaching:

一、建议将精品课程——英力克英语习得模式向其他课程辐射，创新渠道，线上线下相结合，努力打造国家级精品课程。

1. To further develop the English Acquisition Model of quality course EANLIC among other courses to create high-quality courses at national level, with innovation and online & offline combination.

二、建议突出强调学生为中心、成果为导向、课程育人的教学理念更好地融入课堂教学。

2. To highlight the teaching philosophy of student-centered, outcome-oriented and curriculum education, for a better integration with classroom teaching.

三、针对教师提出的教学法等课程存在课程教学传统、课程枯燥等特点，曾婷建议老师们认真思考理论和实践如何相结合？如何将教学法课和线上教学相结合？

3. Some teachers proposed that courses like Pedagogics are featured with traditional teaching method and boring theories. In this regard, the expert suggested that it’s worth thinking about the way to combine the theory and practice, as well as the Pedagogics and online teaching.

整个座谈会气氛融洽，曾婷的建议为我院课程建设和教学带来了新的思考空间。

           The seminar ended in a harmonious atmosphere. ZENG Ting’s advice will make us to ponder on in curriculum construction and teaching.
